I'm glad I'm done with it and don't have to read it anymore. Sure, it's a classic, and the worldbuilding is great, and the story is exciting. But the language is unnecessarily complicated and the pacing is awful. It took me half of the book to start enjoying the story, which to me is a sign of bad writing. 2021/07/17
